SHIPPING POLICY

At Varlya, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, AEST).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers and is outside of our direct control.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been dispatched.
